Working with you and building on your already-in-place foundations, we custom design solutions based on your requirements and vision. Not just checklists but an easy-to-use integrated operations system which will allow you to manage more proactively and work fewer and less stressful hours.
Implementation
You may want us to implement your new operations by assisting with employee training, organizing inventory and purchasing and systematizing procedures. We'll work with your team to make sure everyone is on board and up to speed. Or we'll set you up ahead of time to successfully implement our solutions on your own. Either way we'll be available to you afterwards to answer any questions or assist with new projects.
About Efraim
RED, as Efraim Davidson is known, has worked in Business Process Analysis, Operations Management and Non-Profit Administration for over 25 years. He specializes in developing procedures for small and medium size businesses and non-profits, bringing greater efficiency and productivity to the work flow.
Creating operations manuals, training employees, writing customer communication scripts and structuring purchasing and inventory systems are all part of how RED helps increase productivity and frees up owners' and managers' time.
RED's community involvement has included public speaking to audiences of hundreds, teaching adult groups, and counselling couples and individuals. He has written scores of articles and completed a full-length screenplay.
He currently serves on the board of a $12 million foundation which supports education, community outreach and medical institutions.
RED's most prized time is spent hiking the north Georgia mountains with his wife Marina and reigning as the paterfamilias of 17 including six children, two children-in-law and nine grandchildren.
